I am truly thankful for having worked with a great company that specializes in auto repair in Seattle. I am sure that no other autor repair company can ever come close to the level of service that Hermann's International Auto Service provides. They are truly professional, and their servicemen are top notch.
It wasn't very long ago when my VW Golf was in terrible state. I have to admit that I don't know anything much about cars, let alone European cars. Fluids were leaking from the engine, but I had no idea what was happening. I phoned one auto repair company after another, but none were very eager to take on my problem.
I grew desperate.
So I phoned one of my friends who knew a lot about cars. Without batting an eyelash, he referred me to Hermann's. Good thing, too, that I got referred to them, because they specialize in servicing European cars, which my car is.
So I immediately phoned them and stated my case. They were very eager to take a look at my car. Not very long, they had my car towed to their shop where work was immediately carried out on my VW. I was told by my friend that because of Hermann's experience in all sorts of car from all over the world, he is confident they'd find out the problem quick and have my car running in no time.
Man, was my friend absolutely right. It wasn't a hunch. That's just how Hermann's role.
The professional mechanics at Hermann's did a superb job. I can only imagine that it must have been tough for them initially to determine what was wrong with my car, yet they did not relent until they found out what's wrong and solved my problem right then and there. They were truly amazing.
I am also happy to share that Hermann's was one of the most affordable car repair shop I have ever worked with. I couldn't imagine entrusting my car to anyone else the next time around.
